Firstly, high-standard meat is selected, trimmed and cut into thin slices. Then the meat is placed in a marinade made according to a secret recipe. Afterwards the meat is manually spread on grates. The meat slices are dried for several hours at different temeperatures and then smoked. This preparation method brings our perfectly the true taste of meat which is often lost during the cooking process. It makes Leon jerky a snack unlike anything you have tasted before!
